Job Description
We are looking for an Account Assistant to perform daily accounts task that will support financial team
Responsibilities
- Create and update expense reports
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners
- Enter financial transaction into internal databases
- Prepare bank deposits
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Requirements and skills
- Work experience as an Account Assistant
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Hands on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
